At Jajoo Exports, we operate out of D-42 in Amba-Bari. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood compared to the main market areas, which makes it easier for the delivery vans to pull up to our door. Our main work is packing and sending things out, so the place is always cluttered with cardboard boxes, brown tape, and bubble wrap. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. If you walk in, you’ll likely see someone sitting on a stool checking a manifest or taping up a carton. We’ve been in this Amba-Bari spot for several years now. The rooms are filled with stock waiting to be sorted. It’s not a very organized look, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to transport guys and making sure the paperwork for the customs is actually correct. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, but other days are a total rush to get everything onto the truck before the depot closes. The floor is concrete and can get cold in the winter, so we usually wear thick sweaters while we work. We don't really do any advertising; we just stick to our routine and make sure the boxes get to where they are going. It’s a small, practical operation that doesn't need much more than a bit of space and some hard work every morning.
