Jaipur Kolkata Transport Corporation is over at E-12 Transport Nagar. We’ve been here a while. It’s usually pretty busy in this part of town with all the trucks coming and going at all hours. The office isn't anything fancy, just a simple place to get the paperwork sorted and talk to the drivers before they head out. Some days the traffic around Transport Nagar gets really backed up, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to load up their goods. We mostly deal with the route between here and Kolkata. It’s a long haul for the guys. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there are delays on the highway or weather issues, but that’s just how it goes in the transport line. The guys here know the roads well. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the trucks are and when they might arrive. It’s a lot of coordination between the different stops along the way. E-12 is easy enough to find if you know this area of Jaipur. We’ve got a small team. Everyone just does their bit to make sure the goods get where they need to be eventually. It can be a bit dusty around here with all the movement, but it's what we do. We don't really have a big fancy website or anything, just this spot. Most people just drop by or call us when they have a load. It’s straightforward work. No big corporate meetings here, just moving stuff.
