Jaipur Hooters F&B Private Limited is our food and beverage business located over on Lane Number 4 in Guru Jambeshwar Nagar. We’re just off Gandhi Path, near Queens Road, which is a pretty busy part of Jaipur. We set up shop at house number 145, and it’s where we do all our planning and prep work. The F&B world is a bit crazy sometimes, especially with how many new places open up every week in this city. We just try to keep our heads down and focus on what we’re doing. It’s not a massive corporate office with dozens of departments. It’s more like a few rooms where we manage the supplies and handle the books. We spend a lot of our time dealing with vendors and making sure we have what we need for the kitchen side of things. Some days the traffic on Queens Road makes it hard for deliveries to get through on time, which can be frustrating, but that’s just life in Jaipur. We aren't trying to be the most famous name out there, we just want to run a solid business that people can rely on. It’s a lot of long hours and weekend work, but we enjoy being part of the local food scene. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to make a go of it in a competitive industry. It is a tough market but we stay focused.
