You can find us at the Shishewali Building, which is right on Ramlala Ji Ka Rasta in the middle of Johri Bazar. Being in the heart of Jaipur means things are always loud and colorful outside our door. We handle catering for all sorts of local events, from small family gatherings to bigger functions. Our kitchen is usually a whirlwind of activity, with the smell of spices and fresh cooking filling the air every morning. It’s an old building, so the space is a bit tight, but we make it work. We’ve been cooking here for a long time and know exactly how to handle the busy wedding seasons. We don't have a big fancy website or anything; people usually just come by the shop or call us because they’ve tasted our food somewhere else. The staff here are like family, and we all pitch in with the chopping and cleaning. Sometimes the narrow lanes of Johri Bazar make deliveries a bit of a challenge, but we’ve got our own ways of getting the food out on time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook honest meals and make sure there’s enough for everyone to eat. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot, but seeing people enjoy the food makes it worth the effort. We take things as they come and just keep our pots simmering.
