Jaina Caterers & Ice Cream Parlour

Down on M I Road, near Ram Vihar at number 169, you will find our shop. We do two different things here: catering for events and running a small ice cream parlour. It makes for a bit of a strange mix sometimes, but it works for us. During the day, we are often busy on the phones or writing down lists for upcoming weddings or parties that we have to cook for. The ice cream side is more relaxed, mostly families coming in during the evenings when the heat drops a little. M I Road is always moving, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We have freezers lined up with different flavors, and sometimes the kids take forever to pick one, which is fine by us. The catering side is a lot more stressful, with big pots and lots of chopping going on in the back kitchen to get everything ready on time. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales pitch. Most people know us because they ate our food at a friend's party or they live nearby in Ram Vihar. We have had the same staff for ages, and we all know how to handle the rush when it comes. It is just a local business trying to keep people fed and cooled down with a bit of ice cream. We try to keep the shop clean and welcoming for everyone who stops by.
