Our office is located at D-19/20 in Transport Nagar. It’s exactly the kind of place you would expect for a transport business, surrounded by trucks, warehouses, and a lot of dust. We have been operating from here for quite some time now. Our day usually starts very early with drivers checking in and trucks being loaded or unloaded. It’s a noisy area with constant engines running and people shouting to be heard over the traffic. We have a simple office where we keep track of the schedules and the paperwork for the loads. It’s not very fancy, just some desks and a lot of ledgers and files. Sometimes things get delayed because of a breakdown or a road closure, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to figure things out. That is just the nature of this work. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just us and the drivers. We focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Transport Nagar is always crowded, so getting the big trucks in and out of our spot takes some patience and skill. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to stay alert. It’s a tough business, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is behind schedule, but that is just part of the life.
