Jagdamba Road Transport

Being out here at P-13 in the Nilgiri Extension, we are right on the Delhi Bypass near Road No 14. Jagdamba Road Transport has been operating from this spot for a good while. The location is great because we can get the trucks onto the main highway toward Delhi without having to fight through the city center traffic. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up off the bypass, but you get used to it. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers who are coming in from long hauls. Sometimes they’ve been on the road for days and just need a place to park and hand over their logs. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local team trying to keep things organized. I usually have a few maps pinned to the wall and a phone that doesn't stop ringing. There are days when everything goes wrong—a truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere or a load gets delayed—but we just deal with it one step at a time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We move things from one place to another. It’s hard on the nerves sometimes, but seeing a truck pull out on time makes it worth it.
