Hot Chillies

We are located over at VKIA in Galaxy Star A 2. It’s an industrial area, so things get pretty busy around here during the day with all the workers and office people looking for a bite to eat. We started Hot Chillies to give folks a place to sit down and eat something decent without having to go too far from their jobs. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days, it’s just us grinding through the lunch rush. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. The menu is just what we know how to cook well and what people seem to like. Sometimes the chairs might be a little worn and the noise from the street comes in, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the water pitchers full. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't use any of those big words to describe our food. It's just meals for people working hard nearby. If you’re around the Galaxy Star building, you can find us easily. We stay open until the evening shifts start to wind down. It’s been a bit of a journey keeping a small place like this going, but we like seeing the same faces every day. It feels good when someone finishes their plate and heads back to work. We are just here every day, doing the same thing.
