Haryana Punjab Roadlines

Haryana Punjab Roadlines is our little transport office at 25 Sikar Road. We are situated in Radha Govind Vatika, which is part of the Harmada area. If you’re coming this way, look for the Bhagwati Petrol Pump because we are right near it. The office stays pretty busy with drivers coming in to hand over their receipts. It’s usually quite dusty because of all the trucks moving on Sikar Road. We’ve got a few plastic chairs for the drivers to rest on while they wait for their next assignment. There’s always a kettle of tea going on a small electric stove in the corner. My partner and I handle the bookings. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just use our phones and a lot of notebooks to keep track of where the trucks are. Sometimes the power cuts out and the office gets really hot, so we sit outside on the veranda. It’s a noisy place with the sound of engines and people shouting instructions. We’ve been here for several years now and most of the locals know us. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks in it from moving heavy crates around. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. We just focus on getting the loads from one place to another without too much fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
