You can find us at D 4 in Transport Nagar. Hariyana Golden Transport Co has been in this particular spot for quite a while now. If you’ve ever been to Transport Nagar, you know it’s a place full of grease, heavy tires, and the smell of diesel. Our office is squeezed in between some other big transport sheds. It’s always loud here because there is always a truck being loaded or a driver shouting to someone across the lot. We keep our paperwork in old cabinets and the desks are a bit scratched up from years of use. We don't have any big flashy signs, just our name painted on the front. Most of the day we are on the phone trying to track down where the cargo is or talking to drivers who are stopping for a break. We have a small corner where we keep a water cooler and some glasses. It gets very dusty, so everything has a thin layer of grime on it no matter how much we clean. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to stay on top of the schedules. Sometimes we stay late into the night if a shipment is running behind. It’s a lot of long hours, but we know the business well and the other people in Transport Nagar are like family to us.
