You’ll find us at number 14 on the Anaj Mandi Road, right near the Ajmer Byepass on Road No 14. This is an area where there are a lot of trucks and big vehicles moving all the time. Our place is basically a hub for transport. We deal with moving goods from one place to another. It’s a lot of logistical work, even if it looks like just moving boxes. The yard is usually full of trucks waiting to be loaded or unloaded. There’s always the sound of engines running or someone shouting instructions. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the drivers are and if the deliveries are on time. The office is small and usually has a thin layer of dust from the road outside. We don’t mind it. It’s just part of being in the transport business. We know the bypass roads and the highways around here better than anyone. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, especially when a shipment is late. We just try to keep the wheels moving. People rely on us to get their stuff to where it needs to go. We don’t use any fancy tracking software; we just know our drivers and we know our routes. It’s a straightforward way of working that has served us well over the years.
