Gupta Transport Company

Gupta Transport Company is situated right on Agra Road. Being on a main road like this means we see a lot of traffic passing by all the time. It is a dusty place because of all the vehicles kicking up dirt but it makes it easy for our trucks to get onto the highway quickly. We have been here long enough that the local dhaba owners know our names and how we like our tea. Our office is a simple room with a couple of fans and some sturdy furniture. We don't need much else to get the work done. The focus here is on moving goods from point to point. We spend a lot of time looking at clocks and checking the weather reports for the routes our guys are taking. It is a lot of waiting followed by a lot of rushing around when a truck finally arrives. We handle all kinds of loads and we don't really pick and choose too much as long as it fits. The guys working here are a rough and tumble lot but they get the job done. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. It is just a few of us making sure the bills are paid and the trucks are running. It can be a bit stressful when a vehicle breaks down in the middle of nowhere but we always figure it out and get back on track.
