Gujarat Food Product

You can find us over at 1315 Baba Harish Chandra Marg, right in the middle of Chandpole Bazar. Gujarat Food Product has been operating out of this spot for a good while now. The bazar is always loud, and there’s always something happening right outside our doorstep. We spend our mornings getting everything ready. There’s usually a lot of packing and moving boxes around. The space is a bit cramped, honestly, but we make it work because the location is so central. People walking through the bazar often pop their heads in. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have our equipment and our tables, and we just get on with the cooking and the processing. Sometimes the heat from the street and the work makes it a bit tough, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We don’t really bother with big signs or anything. If you know Chandpole, you probably know where Baba Harish Chandra Marg is. It’s an old street with a lot of history. We’re just another part of that daily rhythm. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during the busy hours. Every day is pretty much the same—come in, start the work, and stay until the shutters go down in the evening. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from start to finish. We usually close up and head for home around eight.
