Our location at 44-A Suraj Nagar on Keshav Path in Civil Lines is a bit different from the usual busy market areas. Most of our work involves coordinating the movement of dairy products and making sure the logs are kept up to date. The office itself is functional, with rows of desks and a few cabinets that are stuffed with old records. We start very early because milk doesn't wait for anyone, and the mornings are usually our busiest time. By the afternoon, things tend to quiet down, and we spend time catching up on the phone or finishing the daily tallies. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the delivery drivers who know the route to Keshav Path by heart. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed, and we all know our roles.
