Gopi Ice Cream

We are located right by the Shri Shyam Store on Khatipura Road. It's a busy spot, especially when the sun is out and it starts getting really hot. Keeping the freezers running right is our main job. If the power goes out, we have to move fast. It’s mostly just us here serving scoops and packing containers for people to take home. The shop isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly. We don't have a million flavors, just the ones people in Jhotwara seem to like the most. Sometimes kids come in after school and make a bit of a mess, but we don't mind too much. It’s part of the fun. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and making sure the floor isn't slippery from melted drips. The noise from Khatipura Road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, just this one spot. We’ve been here a while and know most of the people who walk past every day. It’s a good place to be. We just focus on keeping the ice cream cold and making sure people get what they asked for without too much fuss. No big promises, just a cold treat on a hot day. It’s a lot of scooping and talking to neighbors, which makes the days go by pretty fast.
