Glacier Ice Cream Parlor

Glacier Ice Cream Parlor is a little shop located at A 12, near the Janta Store on University Road in Bapu Nagar. It is a very lively spot because we are so close to the university and there are always students walking past our door. The parlor itself is quite small and can get pretty crowded in the evenings when the weather is warm. We have a few simple tables and chairs, but they are often full. Our freezers are the most important part of the shop, and we try our best to keep them running smoothly even when the power fluctuates. We serve all the basic flavors that people grew up with. We are not a big chain with fancy toppings and expensive machines. It is just a local parlor where you can get a cold treat. The walls have some old pictures on them and the floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic over the years. We spend a lot of our time scooping ice cream and cleaning up spills. It is a simple job but it keeps us busy. The noise from the traffic on University Road is constant, but we have grown used to it. We know many of the regulars who stop by after their classes or on their way home from work. It is a friendly atmosphere and we just try to keep the ice cream cold and the service quick. That is what we do at A 12.
