We are over on Moti Dungri Road, right in the Fatah Tiba Marg area. If you know where Nanaji Ka Baag is, we are just a few steps away from there, really close to the Jaipur Golden Transport Company. It’s a busy spot most days with trucks moving and people shouting across the yard. The office isn’t much to look at, just a desk, some old chairs, and piles of logbooks that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking where everyone is. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice a day, sometimes just once if he's busy. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the vehicles coming through. My brother and I have been handling things for a while now. We know the shortcuts around Jaipur and which roads to avoid when the traffic gets bad in the evening. It’s mostly just paperwork and making sure the drivers have what they need before they head out. The fan in the corner makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing years ago. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic when three trucks arrive at the same time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, sit down, and we talk about the loads. It feels like home because we spend more time here than anywhere else. That’s just how it is on this side of town.
