Fiza Events

Fiza Events is based right in the middle of the bustle at Kishanpole Bazar 12. If you've been to the market, you know how crowded it gets, so our little space is always full of energy. We spend our days planning out how to decorate spaces and manage the flow of people for various gatherings. It's not always easy, especially with the narrow lanes around here when we are trying to move supplies in and out. We deal with flowers, drapes, and all the little details that go into making a party look right. Sometimes the colors don't match exactly what we thought, so we have to run back and find something else at the last minute. That's just how the event business is. We work with a lot of different vendors in the bazaar to get what we need. It's a lot of phone calls and standing around at sites making sure the stage is sturdy. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who like putting things together. People come to us when they have a celebration and don't want to handle the headache themselves. We talk through ideas, drink some chai, and try to make sense of the plan. It's a messy process behind the scenes, with heaps of ribbon and fabric everywhere, but it usually comes together in the end. We've been at Kishanpole Bazar for a while now and we know the rhythm of the place.
