Dana Pani

Over at Pratap Nagar B-24, we’ve got Dana Pani. It’s a local spot that stays pretty busy throughout the day. I remember when we first moved into this building; it felt a bit big, but now we’ve filled up every corner with something useful. Pratap Nagar is a good area, though the parking out front can be a real headache sometimes when everyone arrives at once. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure everything is ready before the lunch rush hits. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the fans are running and the pots are clanking on the stove. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just a small group of people working together to keep the doors open and the food moving. Some days are smoother than others. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or a lightbulb goes out in the back, and we just deal with it as it happens. We like being part of the B-24 block. You get to know the neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past the entrance every evening. The chairs aren't the newest, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but it feels like home to us. We just want to do a decent job and see people leave satisfied. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and putting in the hours until it’s time to lock up and go home.
