Cross Globe Restaurants Private Limited is based in the Rajapark area of Jaipur. Specifically, we are at 336/5 on Vyas Marg. Rajapark is a very lively part of town, known for its food and shopping, so it felt like the right place for us. We handle restaurant operations, which means things are usually a bit chaotic but in a good way. Vyas Marg is one of those streets where there is always something happening. Our office is where we do all the planning and the behind-the-scenes stuff for the restaurants. We aren't a giant chain with thousands of locations, just a local group trying to run things properly. Some days we are stuck doing paperwork, and other days we are out at the sites making sure everything is working like it should. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of small details. We don't really have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want the food to be okay and the kitchens to run without breaking down. Being in Jaipur, the competition is tough, but we just focus on what we are doing on Vyas Marg. It's a lot of long hours, especially on weekends when everyone is out eating. We’re just a small team trying to make it work in the heart of the city, one day at a time.
