If you head down Sikar Road near Alka Cinema, you’ll find us. Collective Cafe & Banquets Llp is located right at Dadi Badi, behind Hotel Aroma. It’s a bit tucked away, which is nice because Sikar Road 41 can be a bit of a nightmare with all the trucks and traffic. The banquet space takes up a lot of our attention. There’s always furniture to move or floors to sweep after a big gathering. The cafe part is different, more about the daily routine of serving people. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is ready for whatever event is coming up next. Being near the cinema means there’s usually some life around the area even late at night. The address looks a bit long on paper, but once you are in the Jaipur area, it’s not too hard to spot us behind the hotel. We have people coming in to ask about booking the space for all sorts of things like parties or meetings. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning, setting up, and then doing it all over again the next day. We don't have a big corporate office somewhere else; we just work out of the facility itself. It’s practical and keeps us close to what’s happening. The staff is mostly local people, and we just try to keep the place looking decent for our guests.
