Classic Ice Cream Centre

Classic Ice Cream Centre is over here on Tonk Road, specifically near the Gopal Pura Mod at Himmat Nagar 168/3. It’s been sitting in this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just about keeping the freezers running right and making sure the floor is wiped down because kids tend to drop stuff. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when families walk by after dinner. We have a few benches outside where people just sit and eat their cones. Sometimes the traffic on Tonk Road is loud, but you get used to it after a few days. The shop isn't fancy or anything, just some white walls and the smell of cold dairy. We open up in the morning and stay late till the last few people leave. My cousin helps out during the summers because it gets crowded then. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a simple setup. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit and makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. In the winter, things slow down a lot, so we spend time fixing up the place or painting the shelves. We keep the flavors we’ve always had, nothing too strange. The freezer hums all day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to mess with the generator, which is a pain. But mostly it's just quiet work. We see the same faces every week. It’s just how things go.
