Choudhary Tempo Service

We have been running Choudhary Tempo Service for some time now out of Vkia Riya Basti. It is right on Road No 15 in the Badarna Industrial Area. If you know where the Bsnl Office is, we are just tucked in behind there. It is a busy spot with trucks and tempos moving in and out all day long. Most of the time it is just us making sure things get loaded right and the drivers know where they are going. The dust from the industrial area gets on everything but that is just how it is here. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs and the sound of engines. Sometimes the traffic on Road No 15 gets really backed up, especially near the Bsnl building, so we have to plan our trips carefully. We know the shortcuts around Riya Basti well though. Our family has been working in transport for years, so it felt natural to set up here in Badarna. It’s hard work, getting up early and staying late until the last delivery is done. We mostly deal with local goods that need to move across the city. The tempos are old but they run fine as long as we keep an eye on the oil. It’s not a glamorous life but it puts food on the table. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. People around here know where to find us if they need something moved.
