Chokhi Dhani Foods

You can find us at S-8 inside the Chokhi Dhani Tower which is right on Main Ajmer Road in the Shyam Nagar area. Working here means seeing a lot of cars going past every single day. We are mainly focused on food and keeping the stock organized so it gets where it needs to go. The tower is a pretty well-known spot around here so it is easy enough for people to find us. Chokhi Dhani Foods is run by a small group of us who have lived in this part of the city for a long time. The office space gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once but we manage to fit everything in. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being on Main Ajmer Road means there is always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are right. It is a lot of paperwork and manual labor mixed together. Most days we are just trying to get through the list of tasks before the sun goes down. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We do not have many decorations on the walls just calendars and some old notes taped up.
