Chahat Fast Food Garden & Restaurant

Out in Bhankrota, we started Chahat Fast Food Garden & Restaurant as a place for people to get a bite to eat without too much fuss. We have a bit of a garden area which is nice when the weather isn't too hot in the evenings. It is mostly local people from Bhankrota who come by, or people driving through on their way somewhere else. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with the pans clanging and the orders coming in, but we manage to get through it. I spend most of my time either checking on the tables or making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. It is not a five-star place or anything like that, just a regular restaurant where you can sit down for a bit. We have some plastic chairs and wooden tables out in the garden part. Sometimes we have to deal with the bugs since we are outside, but that is just how it is. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person, we just rely on people seeing the sign when they pass by. It is a lot of hard work and late nights, especially on the weekends when more families come out. We just try to keep the place running and make sure everyone gets what they ordered and leaves with a full stomach and no complaints.
