Brijwasi Falooda Ice Cream

You can find us at Shop No. 88-B along Link Road, right inside the busy Nehru Bazar. We are specifically located in Yadgar Wali Gali, which is one of those narrow, lively lanes that everyone in the area seems to know. Our shop has been around for quite a long time, and we have stayed in this same spot through all the changes in the neighborhood. We mostly serve falooda and ice cream to the shoppers and locals who pass by. It is a small space, so it often gets quite crowded, especially in the evenings when the bazaar is at its peak. We don't have fancy tables or air conditioning, just a simple counter where we serve our customers. My family has been running this for years, and we still do things the old-fashioned way. We don't believe in using complicated machines for everything; a lot of it is done by hand. The street outside is always noisy with people talking and scooters pushing through, but that is just life in Nehru Bazar. We stay open late because that is when people like to come out for a treat. It is a very honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the history of this lane. We don't spend any time on marketing or social media; we just focus on the customers standing right in front of us every day. It's a lot of work but it's worth it.
