Down on Khtana Road in Bonli, that is where we do our work. Our place is under the name Bonli Healthy Soya Product Productionprivate Limited. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the soya unit. Dhara Singh and the rest of us stay busy with the production side of things. We deal with soya products, mostly just making sure things are fresh and moved out to the people who need them. It is a quiet spot here, and we like it that way. We aren't some big city corporation. We are just local people in Bonli doing our thing. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for making food. Sometimes the heat on the road makes the work a bit tiring, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We don't spend much time on the internet or writing fancy things about ourselves. We’d rather be in the back checking the bags or talking to the drivers. If you come looking for us, just head towards Khtana Road and ask around for Ramniwas Gurjer’s son’s place. Most folks know where the soya work happens. It is a straightforward life here. We make the products, we pack them, and we send them off. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on the work at hand and hope the days stay productive.
