Bonkey'S Pizza Llp is situated at 93, Shivaji Nagar. We are right in the Civil Lines area. It's a busy part of town. We spend our days making dough and prepping toppings. The ovens stay hot pretty much all the time. It gets sweaty in the kitchen, but that's how it goes. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Civil Lines has a lot of people moving around, so we stay on our feet. The shop isn't huge. It’s just a regular place where we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us at 93 Shivaji Nagar. Some days are crazy with orders, and other days it's a bit slower, which gives us time to clean up properly. We use the back space for storage. The front is where the action happens. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals seem to know where to find us. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make pizzas. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the cheese runs out or the delivery bike gets a flat, but we deal with it. It’s a real job. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good vibe. If you’re passing through Civil Lines, you’ll probably see our sign. That’s our little spot and we are here every single day working.
