Bhati Ice Cream

You can find us in the Ahinsa Complex, right by Ambedkar Circle. We are close to Metro Plaza, which means there is a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The complex is a busy place with all sorts of shops, but we have our little corner. It is a bit cramped inside when we get a lot of people at once. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who take turns behind the counter. The circle outside is always full of traffic and the sound of horns. We don't pay it much mind anymore. We spend our time checking the temperatures and making sure the containers are full. The tile floor is a bit chipped in the corners, but we keep it clean enough. It is a basic setup. We don't have any big posters or flashy displays. People know where we are because they see the sign when they are heading towards the plaza. We start the day by checking the power and then we just wait for the first customer to walk in. Sometimes we chat with the owners of the shops next door about the rent or the weather. It is a nice little community in the complex. We just keep things moving and try to make sure everything stays frozen in the heat. It is just another day at the circle.
