You have to go up to the third floor of the Navjeevan Complex to find us. We are in unit 312 on Station Road. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Bearing Services Pvt Ltd is where we deal with all sorts of mechanical parts. It is mostly bearings, like the name says. The office is usually filled with boxes and catalogs. It is not the quietest place because Station Road is always humming with noise from the trains and the traffic. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking up part numbers. Customers call us when something breaks down and they need a specific size. It can be a bit technical, but we have been doing it long enough to understand the basics. We are not some massive factory; we are the middle people who get the parts to the people who need them. Sometimes the deliveries from the manufacturers are late, and we have to explain that to waiting customers. It is not always fun, but it is part of the job. We keep a ledger of everything that comes in and goes out. It is a very manual process most of the time. The space is a bit cramped with all the inventory, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right workshops.
