We are located right behind the Sunshine Honda Showroom in Dundlod House Colony. It’s a decent spot in Jaipur, tucked away in unit C-8. Most people find us by looking for the car dealership first since it’s such a big landmark. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, and it’s a pretty busy neighborhood with people always coming and going for car services or just passing through the colony. The kitchen is where we spend most of our hours. It’s not always pretty, and it gets quite warm when the stoves are going, but that is the reality of this kind of work. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to cook food that people enjoy eating. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it's chopping vegetables or taking out the trash at the end of the night. Jaipur can get really busy, and our street is no exception. Sometimes the delivery bikes get blocked in, or we have trouble finding a parking spot for the supply truck. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of suits running the place. It’s just us back here, making sure the orders are right and the food tastes like it should. We usually stay open late to finish up everything and get ready for the next day.
