Balaji Hi Tech Pvt Ltd is located on Road No 6 D in Lalkothi, at house B 237. Lalkothi is a bit of a mix, some houses and some offices, so it stays fairly busy during the daytime. We have been operating from here for a while, and the place has a very lived-in feel to it. It is not one of those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working on various technical projects and handling the paperwork that comes with running a private limited company. The "Hi Tech" part of the name might sound fancy, but really we are just regular people sitting at desks and dealing with equipment and software issues. We don't have a big reception area or people in suits. Most days, it is just about getting through the tasks and making sure the clients are okay with the progress. The road outside is narrow, so we often have to help visitors figure out where to leave their scooters. It gets a bit loud when the school nearby lets out, but otherwise, it is a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens. It is a steady routine that we have fallen into over the years, just keeping the business moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. There is always something to fix or an email to answer, which keeps the day moving fast.
