B K Transport Co is over in the Triveni Complex, specifically at 20/9 in Transport Nagar. It’s a small office but we do a lot from here. Most of the day is spent tracking where the vehicles are. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of logbooks. Transport Nagar is a hectic place, but we like being in the middle of it. The Triveni Complex is easy to spot once you get into the area. We have been doing this for a while. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It’s just a regular transport office. We deal with drivers and clients all day long. Sometimes things go smooth, sometimes they don't. We just deal with whatever comes up. We don't spend money on fancy ads or shiny websites. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It is a local business through and through. You might see us having a tea break outside the office when it gets quiet. We prefer to keep things honest and simple. No big promises, just getting the job done. The office gets a bit crowded when the drivers come in to settle their accounts. That’s how we like it. It feels like a real community. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of chairs for whoever stops by to talk shop.
