Azad Roadlines

Azad Roadlines is right there on Sikar Road in Bad Pipali. We are basically at the bus stand, so there is always a crowd of people waiting around or getting off buses. Having the petrol pump nearby is a big help because that's where all the trucks stop to fuel up anyway. Our little spot is easy to miss if you are driving too fast, but we like being in the middle of all the action. The bus stand is never quiet, not even late at night. There’s always someone shouting for passengers or a horn honking somewhere. Inside our office, it’s just the usual stuff—ledger books, a few pens that actually work, and some old calendars on the wall. We spend most of the day talking to people who walk in off the street or answering the phone when it rings. It gets very hot in the summer because the road holds all that heat, so we keep the door open to catch whatever breeze there is. Sometimes a driver will sit with us for an hour just to get out of the sun and have a glass of water. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a practical place to run the business. Most of our day is spent making sure everyone knows where they are going. It's a busy life here in Bad Pipali, but we are used to the noise by now.
