Our place is at 29, on the first floor of Silver Square. We are right next to the Raj Mandir cinema on M I Road, which is probably one of the busiest spots in the city. You can always hear the crowds and the traffic from outside, especially when a big movie is playing next door. Being in the middle of all that action makes sense for an entertainment business like ours. We have a lot of posters and equipment scattered around the office floors. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time coordinating different acts and events, so there is always someone coming or going through the front door. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but it keeps us on our toes during the day. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand and watch the people on the street below when we need a break from the screens. It’s a fast-paced environment, and things can get a bit loud, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sure the shows go on and that everyone has what they need for their performances. It’s a lot of coordination and a bit of luck sometimes to get it all right.
