Au Naturale Ice Cream

Au Naturale Ice Cream is based at C- 23 in the Bais Godam area. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there are a lot of warehouses and small factories around us. Our place is where we actually make the ice cream. It’s a bit of a cold spot because of all the freezers we have running day and night. The building is a simple structure, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly stainless steel and white tiles because we have to keep everything very clean. We aren't a big fancy parlor where you sit down with a menu. It's more of a production site. We spend our time mixing the ingredients and making sure the machines are working right. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the motors humming. We have a small team of people who help with the packing and loading the crates into the delivery vans. Bais Godam is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the batches we are making today. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and everyone wears boots. It's a lot of physical work, lifting heavy containers and moving stuff around the cold room. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us and we stay busy.
