You can find us at Plot No. 4 in Veer Tejaji Nagar. This is where we run Apn Milktekk Private Limited. We are a small outfit focused on milk technology and related products. It is a quiet enough area, which is nice for getting work done. We have a small building on the plot. Inside, it is mostly desks, some testing equipment, and a lot of paperwork. We have been at this for some time now. The day starts early here, as it usually does in the dairy industry. We spend a lot of time looking at machines and figuring out how to make things work better. We are not fancy people; we wear regular clothes and just get on with the job. Sometimes the local kids play cricket on the street outside. We have a few technicians and some office staff who keep the lights on and the records straight. It is a bit of a trek to get here from the main city center, but we like the space we have. We do not really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the spare parts and milk crates, it is a constant battle. It is a real business with real people. We just want to make sure the tech we provide for milk processing is solid and works for the people who buy it.
