Annapurna Transport

We run Annapurna Transport from a spot in Bindayaka, specifically located above S 10 in the Bagaru area. It’s an interesting location because it’s a bit elevated, so we can see the trucks coming and going from the main road. The stairs can be a bit steep when you are carrying heavy ledgers or supplies. We’ve been here for a good while. Most of our work involves managing the fleet and making sure the schedules are followed. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is pretty basic. We have a few old desks and some fans that work hard during the summer months. It’s a noisy business, but we are used to the sound of engines and people shouting orders. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the day’s work gets finished and everyone gets paid. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the roads get muddy near Bindayaka, but we just deal with it. People in the area know us by name. We don't do any real marketing. Most people find us because they saw our trucks or heard about us from someone else. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the transport jobs that need doing every morning.
