Amandeep Roadlines

The office is located at 52 Ajmer Road, right in the middle of Jivan Deep Colony. Being at Amandeep Roadlines means dealing with a lot of noise from the main road all day. You can hear the trucks shifting gears outside constantly. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desks, checking logs and talking to drivers on their mobile phones to see where they’ve reached. The walls are a bit plain and there are papers everywhere, mostly delivery notes and old maps that we still keep around for some reason. Sometimes the tea man from the corner comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break from the paperwork. Dealing with transport is just a lot of waiting and then suddenly everything happening at once. When a driver calls saying there’s a delay, we have to figure it out right then. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we end up wiping the desks a lot. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It isn't a fancy setup with glass partitions or anything like that. Just some sturdy chairs, a few fans that make a bit of noise, and a lot of work to get through before the sun sets. We just keep the wheels moving as much as we can from this small office on the corner. It's just a regular day for us.
