Akarshik Creation Pvt Ltd is on the 1st Floor of Saraogi Mansion, which is a well-known building on M I Road in Jaipur. Since we are in the 302003 area, we are right in one of the busiest commercial stretches of the city. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs or take the lift to find us, so we don’t get as many random walk-ins as the ground floor shops, but we still stay pretty busy. The building itself has a lot of history and you can feel that when you walk through the corridors. Our space is filled with piles of work and different textile samples. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to vendors. Jaipur is a city that loves its clothes and fabrics, and we are just one small part of that whole scene. The windows look out towards the street, and we can see the tourists and the locals mixing together on M I Road. It’s a lot of work keeping things organized when you have so many different items coming in and out. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in the mansion. We just want to get our orders done and keep the business moving forward. Some of the staff have been with us for a long time, and we just operate like a regular family business. It's a steady routine of morning chai, work, and closing up late.
