Ajay Bekers & Ice Cream Parlour

Over here at Ajay Bekers & Ice Cream Parlour, things stay pretty busy, especially when the Jaipur sun is beating down. We are in the Moti Nagar part of Vaishali Nagar. It’s a decent spot, and we get a lot of kids coming in after school looking for a cold treat. We have the ice cream freezer right up front where everyone can see it. We also do some baking, so the smell of bread is usually hanging around in the air. It’s not a fancy cafe. We have a few stools if you want to sit down for a minute, but most people just grab their things and go. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the orders, or the display case for the cakes gets a little fingerprinty from the children. We just do our best to keep things moving. Jaipur can be a dusty place, so we are always wiping down the counters. We aren’t part of any big chain. It’s just us making sure there’s enough ice cream for the weekend rush. We handle the daily bread for many of the houses around here. Sometimes the oven acts up, and we have a bit of a slow morning. That's just life in a bakery. We’ve been here at 302021 for a good while and know the local crowd well. We even have some favorite flavors that sell out fast.
