Abhilash Paneer

The shop is called Abhilash Paneer and you can find us at Mahesh Nagar B 138. It is a small place but it stays busy from the early morning hours. Every day starts before the sun is even up because that is when the fresh milk comes in. Our floors stay a bit wet from all the cleaning we do to keep the dairy smell from getting too strong. We mostly just focus on making paneer that feels right when you touch it. It is not complicated work but it requires us to be here every single day without fail. The neighborhood around Mahesh Nagar is full of families who stop by when they are heading home to cook dinner. We keep the paneer in cold water so it stays soft for them. The shop does not have much decoration, just the counters and the scales and the big containers. Sometimes the line gets long in the evenings but people are usually patient. We know many of our neighbors by face because they have been coming to B 138 for a long time. It is a humble business built on being here at the same time every morning. We do not do much else besides the paneer and some basic dairy items. It is just a regular local shop where we work hard and keep things clean for everyone who lives nearby.
