Aazad Cargo Service

Aazad Cargo Service sits at 15 Vkia Kalyan Nagar, right across from Road No 5. Trucks come and go from this spot all day long, which keeps us pretty busy. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the heavy traffic moving outside, but that's just part of being in this area. Most of our mornings begin with people shouting and moving large crates around the floor. We have been working in this part of the city for quite some time now. Some of the guys here have been with us for years and they know exactly how things should be moved. A lot of our time is spent looking at clipboards and making sure the loads are set right. When the heat gets really bad in the summer, we slow down a bit, but the work never really stops. There is usually someone bringing tea around in the afternoons to help us keep going. Our neighbors over at Road No 5 are mostly other industrial shops, so the noise is constant. We have a small wooden desk where the paperwork gets done, but it’s mostly buried under old folders and notes. It isn't a fancy place, just a normal workplace in Kalyan Nagar. We just focus on getting the cargo to where it is supposed to be. Sometimes there are problems with the lorries, and we just have to wait around for hours. That is just how this business works. We start early when the sun is coming up and usually lock up after the last truck leaves.
