A1 Bal G Food Court

We have been running A1 Bal G Food Court for a while now over on Hawa Sarak in Bais Godam. It is just a regular spot where people come to grab something to eat when they are out and about. We started this because we saw a lot of folks working nearby needed a place that stayed open and kept things simple. The area gets quite busy during the day with all the traffic. Our kitchen is usually humming from the morning until we close up at night. We don't do anything fancy here, just normal food that people like. Most of our regulars are just people from the neighborhood or those passing through for work. It can get a bit loud sometimes because of the location, but that is just how it is. We try to keep things clean and make sure nobody waits too long for their order. Sometimes the chairs are full and people have to stand, but nobody seems to mind much. We just focus on getting the cooking done right every day. If you are around Bais Godam, you probably know where we are. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a family thing mostly, so we are here all the time making sure things run okay. It's not a big fancy restaurant, just a place for a meal.
