Our office is in DWA 702 at Dwarka Apartments in Mansarovar. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a food and hospitality business because it is in a residential complex, but it works for us. We handle the 11 Airavat operations from here. Being in Mansarovar is convenient because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone coordinating different things. Since we are an LLP, there is a small group of us involved in the daily decisions. It is not like those big companies with hundreds of staff members. We know each other well. The apartment is quiet most of the time, which helps when we have to focus on the hospitality side of things. We deal with food planning and managing different services. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around, but that is just life here. We do not have a big sign outside or anything fancy. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We have been set up in Dwarka Apartments for a bit now. We keep our files in order and try to stay ahead of our schedule. It is a simple setup, really. We just wanted a place that was accessible and comfortable to work from. Most of our day is spent making sure the food details are sorted.
