You can find us at Prem Plaza, specifically in shops 5 and 6 on the ground floor. We are right there on Bhawarkua Main Road in Indore. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with all the students and commuters passing by every minute. Our space at Ashok Nagar is pretty compact, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into those two shop units. Working in the food business means our days start way before the sun comes up. There is always prep work to do, vegetables to chop, and surfaces to scrub down. It’s a lot of physical labor and standing on your feet for hours. We don't have any corporate managers in suits telling us what to do. It’s just us, the staff, making sure the kitchen runs smoothly and the food goes out. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes the sinks clog or the stove acts up, and we have to fix it ourselves on the fly. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We chose the name Zuby'S Fast N Foodious because it sounded right for a quick-service place. We aren't trying to win any fancy awards; we just want to get through the lunch rush without any major disasters. It’s an honest way to make a living here in Indore.
