Vrindas Divine Cuisine

Our place, Vrindas Divine Cuisine, is at R H 13 in Vijay Nagar. We are situated in Sector A, right near the Satya SAI Chouraha. If you know Scheme No-54, then you know exactly where we are. Indore is a city that loves to eat, so we have a lot of competition around us. We do not try to do anything too fancy or modern. Our kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. We start early to chop vegetables and get the gravies started for the day. The smell of frying spices usually fills the whole space by ten in the morning. Being near a major crossing like Satya SAI Chouraha means there are always people moving around outside. It can be a bit loud with the horns and the traffic, but inside we just focus on the cooking. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning the tables. The floors are stone and they need a lot of scrubbing. We do not use a lot of fancy words for our food. It is just the kind of stuff we would eat at home. Sometimes we run out of things if the market was short on something fresh that morning. We just tell people honestly what we have available. It is a simple way of doing things and we try to keep the spice levels right for everyone.
