Vishal Caterers

Our place, Vishal Caterers, is over at 31 Tapasya App in Ganesh Colony, right near Rambag in Indore. It’s a residential kind of area, so we try to keep things quiet but cooking always makes a bit of noise. We’ve been running this for a good few years now. It started small and it’s still pretty much a hands-on operation. My family and some local guys help out with the heavy lifting and the actual cooking parts. Rambag is a busy spot, and being in Indore, people really care about what they eat, so we try not to let anyone down. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just our address at Ganesh Colony where all the work happens. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep at it. We handle all sorts of gatherings, big or small. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking the ingredients and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. It’s a lot of work, honestly. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The neighbors at Tapasya App are used to us by now. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like being part of the community here. We just want to make sure the food is decent and everyone gets fed without any trouble. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things at this location in Indore.
