Galaxy Granites

You can find us over at Ad/315 C74 Scheme in Vijaya Nagar. It’s a part of town that has really grown lately, but our yard still feels like a little slice of the old neighborhood. We have a lot of granite slabs sitting out in the open, and they come in all sorts of patterns and shades. It's heavy stuff, so we spend a lot of our time operating the loader or helping customers pick out the right piece for their project. The work is physically demanding and we’re usually pretty tired by the end of the day. Our office is just a small cabin on the side of the lot where we keep our records and a few chairs for visitors. It's not air-conditioned, so we keep the windows open and the fans running full blast when it's hot out. We've been doing this for a long time, and it’s mostly a family-run kind of thing. We don't have any fancy titles or formal meetings. We just show up, see what needs to be cut or delivered, and get to it. Sometimes people come in with very specific ideas about what they want, and we do our best to find the right slab in our inventory. It's a practical business that relies on being here every day and knowing our stock inside and out. We don't need much more than that to keep things going. It's just honest work with stone.
