About Shrinath Marbles – Building & Construction Material in Indore
If you find yourself down at Old Loha Mandi, you’ll see Shrinath Marbles at Shop No-40. We are sitting right opposite the Anaj Mandi Gate, which means it’s a constant stream of tractors and trucks moving grain and metal all day long. It gets pretty congested out there on the street, especially during peak hours. Our shop is packed with marble slabs of all different sizes and colors, stacked up against the walls. We don’t have a lot of extra space, so we have to be careful when we’re moving things around so nothing gets chipped. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even on the days when we’re stressed out about a late delivery. The floor is usually white with stone dust, and there’s always a ledger open on the small wooden desk in the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to people who wander in after seeing the gate across the way. It’s a local spot, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we’ve got what we need. Sometimes we sit on the plastic chairs out front and watch the chaos of the Mandi. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting and carrying, but we’re used to it. Being at Shop No-40 feels like being in the middle of everything, even if it’s just the middle of a very dusty marketplace.
